About me

For years, I struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, IBS, migraines, and ADHD.

I tried to ignore my symptoms and keep going, but eventually, I turned to medication.

While it helped, I wanted a more natural and holistic solution.

That's why, 16 years ago, I trained as a yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, IEMT practitioner, and breath work specialist.

These therapies have brought balance to my mind and body, and I no longer suffer from the problems I once had. I still have the medical condition, but I am at peace with it and life is normal.

I love helping people overcome their challenges and live the life they deserve.

With my training in hypnotherapy, sexual freedom hypnosis, integrated eye movement therapy, yoga, yoga Nidra, and breath work, I can tailor sessions to best help you.
