Integrated Eye Movement Therapy

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a brief therapy that utilises simple eye movements and questioning techniques to change a particular thought pattern that may be problematic for you.

IEMT techniques help to create change by rapidly reducing unwanted feelings to help you to resolve issues. Moving our eyes in certain ways appears to link to the part of the brain that stores our memories and emotions. This can lead to rapid release and relief.

IEMT can also show you why you may repeat unwanted behaviours and how to deal with this without the need for digging into the past.

Unlike many psychological therapeutic processes, IEMT does not require you to disclose lots of details about your experience or give details about troublesome events. It is in effect a “secret therapy”.

Disclosure is not required and your secrets remain secret.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is one of the most powerful, effective tools we have to help us overcome personal, emotional and psychological issues.

Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration.

When you're under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestions.

Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviours or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain.

It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don't lose control over your behaviour.

Rapid change is possible with hypnosis.

Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Most people begin to experience benefits from the very first session, though hypnosis is a process.

The goal is to provide you with the most effective hypnotic process in the most efficient use of your time. Hypnosis is about helping you take control of your life.

Breathwork

Breathing practices can influence your mental, emotional and physical state. When breathing becomes restricted, we limit the effectiveness of this process.

We often hold our breath to prevent ourselves from being overwhelmed by our feelings and when this becomes habitual we lose the ability to breath properly.

When breathing coherently using our diaphragm , it brings the systems of the body into an ideal state of maximum efficiency.

These practices will help you feel lighter, happier and more peaceful.

There are different breaths to help different health conditions. Are you a migraine sufferer? Do you struggle with fatigue? Asthma? Menopause symptoms?
